Head of Products, Programmes & Engineering – Automotive, McLaren Applied

As Head of Products, Programmes & Engineering, Paolo is responsible for the electrification business at McLaren Applied; helping deliver the next wave in electrification by empowering customers to introduce new vehicle concepts and technologies that drive differentiation in the market.

Paolo started his career in engineering at JLR, working in Powertrain R&D, before progressing to Propulsion Planning, where he defined the powertrain requirements for the next generation of JLR’s vehicles and their transition to electrification. He has since worked in various roles defining and delivering new vehicle programmes for JLR and Bentley Motors, before joining McLaren Applied in 2021.
