AutoCHERI
The AutoCHERI project is a consortium of automotive companies and universities looking into the suitability of capability hardware enhanced RISC instructions (CHERI) in the automotive industry.
AutoCHERI have adapted Beam Connectivity’s telematics platform to work with the CHERI architecture and deployed it on a CHERI-enabled SoC platform built by Arm. Using this telematics platform, they demonstrate how the technology protects against cyber attacks and enables compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations.
